Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Idynomite Media ("we," "us") for the NovaLuna app. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Not medical care
NovaLuna is for relaxation and general wellbeing. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for professional care. If you're struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional. If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store terms.
Creating meditations & acceptable use
You can generate meditations from topics you provide. You're responsible for what you enter. Don't use the app to create or request content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent, harassing, or that seeks medical, clinical, legal, or other professional advice or instructions for self-harm. We moderate inputs and generated output and may refuse or remove content, and suspend accounts that misuse the service.
AI-generated content
Meditations are generated by AI from your topic. Output may be imperfect or not exactly what you expected, and is provided for general wellbeing only. Don't rely on it for any professional, medical, financial, or safety decision.
Subscriptions & purchases
- Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription ($19.99/month). It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Minute packs are one-time purchases of creation minutes that don't expire.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Purchases are subject to Apple's standard EULA.
- Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable; refunds are handled by Apple.
Intellectual property
The app, its content, and brand are owned by us. Meditations you create are for your personal use; you grant us the limited rights needed to generate, store, and deliver them to you (and, if you choose to share a meditation, to make it available as you direct).
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the app anytime. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. We may update them; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
